Privacy & Anonymity Policy

The Tampa Bay Fall Round-Up (“TBFR,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) is committed to safeguarding the privacy, confidentiality, and anonymity of all attendees, volunteers, and participants. This Privacy & Anonymity Policy outlines the types of information we collect, how it is used, and the measures we take to protect the long‑standing tradition of anonymity central to our fellowship.

1. Information We Collect

TBFR collects only the minimum personal information necessary to process registrations, manage event operations, and communicate essential updates. This may include, but is not limited to, names, email addresses, and payment details submitted during registration.

2. Use of Information

Personal information is used solely for event‑related purposes, including registration processing, event communication, and operational planning. TBFR does not sell, rent, or disclose personal information to third parties except when required for essential event functions or as mandated by law.

3. Protection of Anonymity

TBFR adheres to the principle of anonymity as a foundational element of our fellowship. To protect the anonymity of all participants:

  • Full names are not used publicly in connection with the event.
  • Attendees are asked to refrain from photographing or recording others without explicit consent.
  • Social media posts should respect the anonymity of all individuals and avoid identifying others by name, image, or association.
  • TBFR will not publish or distribute attendee lists, personal information, or identifying details.

4. Data Security

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or misuse. While no system can guarantee absolute security, TBFR is committed to maintaining industry‑appropriate protections.

5. Voluntary Disclosure

Any individual who chooses to share their own identity, story, or personal information does so voluntarily. TBFR assumes no responsibility for personal disclosures made by attendees in meetings, workshops, or informal settings.

6. Policy Updates

TBFR reserves the right to update or modify this Privacy & Anonymity Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted in a timely manner and will apply to information collected thereafter.
